    Organizations

St. Andrew’s offers many different opportunities for returning our gifts of time and talent to God.  As stewards of God-given skills and abilities, volunteering in a ministry or organization provides a way to thank God, share our faith with others, and enhance the life of our parish and community.

Following is a brief description of each of our organizations:

Knights of Columbus  follows the long tradition of offering their services to the Community, responding to special needs of the parish (e.g., help maintain our beautiful grounds by planting, digging, weeding, etc.)

Parish Committees

Finance  --  members appointed by the Pastor to provide bookkeeping services as well as advise the Pastor on how to best safeguard and manage the assets of the parish.

Liturgy  -- members appointed by the Pastor to prepare for celebrations of the liturgical year.

Hospitality --  members visit new parishioners and welcome them into St. Andrew Catholic Community.

Outreach  --  members determine how the ten-percent of the weekly collection that is set aside for the local  needy and the foreign missions can best be allotted.
